TERMS & CONDITIONS
- These rates are valid from 01/09/11 to 31/3/12 A minimum 2 night stay is required during peak periods, Fridays and Saturdays.
- A 3 night stay is required for the Australia Day Long Weekend (25/01/12-28/01/12 incl.) and Easter Long Weekend (5/04/12-8/04/12 incl.)
- A surcharge of $50.00 per adult and $25.00 per child is applicable to all dinner-inclusive packages when staying and dining on 25/12/11.
- Rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast as well as use of canoes & bikes unless stated otherwise.
- Child rates are only applicable when sharing with two full paying adults. Children aged 13 yrs and over are charged as adults.
- Check-in is from 2.00pm, Check-out is 11.00am.
- Paperbark Camp is closed from 11/06/11-30/08/11 inclusive for winter.
- CANCELLATION - A $200.00 cancellation fee per tent is payable for all cancellations of less than 14 days notice unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice or no-shows will incur a charge equal to the value of one nights accommodation and meals.
- All rates are GST inclusive. Maximum number of guests per tent (room) is four. We do not recommend four adults share, it is more suitable for either 3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 younger children.
- Paperbark Camp has a small bar menu and we do offer picnic lunches for guests to take with them for the day if booked the night before.
- No children under 6 years of age unless by special arrangement. A maximum of three children is allowed per room.
- On Sundays and Public Holidays a $7 per head surcharge applies to all restaurant bookings.
